Who is responsible

When you contact us
Our form collects your first and last name, email address, optional organisation, chosen enquiry topic and message. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting business conversation. Please do not include sensitive personal information, account credentials or confidential financial details.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and developing relevant business relationships. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Providing contact details is necessary for us to reply; your organisation is optional. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website delivery and service providers
Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores contact-form submissions. Messages are also sent to the FundsEarth team by email. Authorised team members and the service providers supporting our website and business email may process the information needed to handle your enquiry.
Our hosting infrastructure processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. We rely on our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure service. Public editorial content and some article images are supplied through Sanity; contact-form messages are not sent to Sanity.
Service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Contact us if you would like details of the providers and arrangements relevant to your information. Netlify describes its international processing in its privacy statement.
Cookies and links
This website does not set advertising cookies or load analytics or session-recording tools. Fonts and animations are served with the website. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, take you to services with their own privacy practices.
How long we keep enquiries
Our retention policy for ordinary website enquiries is 12 months after the last substantive contact. Records relating to ongoing work, a legal obligation or a dispute may need to be kept longer for that purpose. This policy covers the enquiry stored in Netlify and associated email copies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to access or correct your personal information, and in applicable circumstances request erasure, restriction or portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not absolute. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity before responding.
You can contact us using the email address above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website’s processing changes. The date above identifies the current version.
